There is a refundable security deposit of $500 for Wright House reservations as well as a non-refundable $50 + tax administration fee. Event stays (such as wedding receptions) will have a higher refundable security deposit. A contract is required for all Wright House stays. View a Sample Contract.

Reservation deposits may be made by money order or cashier’s check (personal checks are accepted if received at least 45 days prior to arrival). Guests now also have the option to pay for their deposits by credit card; however credit card deposits do incur a 2% service fee in addition to the total. If a guest wishes to pay their deposit by credit card, the refundable security deposit will still need to be paid by money order or cashier’s check. For all reservations, a contract will be sent to the guest. It will need to be signed and returned along with the refundable security deposit within 72 hours. If paying by check, the first deposit amount will also be due at the same time or if paying by credit card the guest will need to call the front desk to pay the first deposit within the same 72 hours. Reservations without a deposit will automatically be cancelled after the 72 hour time period.
Once the first deposit is paid by either check or credit card, the final deposit must be paid in the same manner. Please note, for any credit card deposits: once a deposit has been taken by credit card, the final deposit will be charged to the same credit card on the due date of the final deposit. If guests wish to switch to a different card number or card type, they are responsible for contacting the front desk prior to the final due date. All cancellations must be in writing. If the Wright House is re-rented for the same time period, then: rent, taxes &/security deposit consideration previously paid by the guest will be refunded less a service fee of 20% which will be withheld as a service charge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own trip insurance in case of inclement weather or sudden departures.

- All guests must be 21 years of age and older to register and occupy this rental unless they are a family unit
- Check in begins at 4 PM and check out is by 10 AM
- Please bring items for your stay such as: toilet paper, paper products, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, trash can liners, etc.
- Prior to departure, guests are responsible for light housekeeping such as removing all trash from the rental as well as washing all dishes and putting them away
- If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional fee of $300 + tax
